Full participation includes, but is not limited to: attending all required trainings and calls, completing the onboarding audit within two (2) days, completing all required audits and checkpoints within fourteen (14) days, submitting weekly updates via the 90-Day Tracker on time, and consistently implementing all coaching, scripts, frameworks, and feedback provided.
Eligibility requires that the client is actively working in a financial services sales role with consistent access to qualified opportunities (minimum 10–15 per week), a verifiable compensation structure tied to commissions, and sufficient deal flow to support measurable improvement.
Failure to meet any program requirements, delays in implementation, or external limitations (including but not limited to lead flow, company constraints, or compensation structure changes) will void eligibility for the guarantee.
If all requirements are met and verified, and the agreed-upon outcome is not achieved, program fees will be waived or refunded upon request, and one (1) year of continued coaching will be provided at no additional cost.
