Full participation includes, but is not limited to, attending all required trainings and coaching calls, completing the onboarding audit within two (2) days, completing all required audits and checkpoints within fourteen (14) days, submitting weekly updates through the 90-Day Tracker on time, accurately reporting sales and commission data, and consistently implementing the scripts, frameworks, follow-up processes, coaching, and feedback provided.
Throughout the full 90-day period, the client must either purchase a minimum of twenty (20) leads per month through our lead program or maintain a proven and independently verifiable lead-generation mechanism capable of consistently producing at least twenty (20) qualified leads per month. All leads must be worked promptly and consistently according to the processes and follow-up standards provided.
The client must remain actively employed or contracted in a financial-services sales role with a verifiable commission-based compensation structure. The client’s starting commission baseline and final results will be determined using verifiable commission records and the measurement criteria established during onboarding.
We do not guarantee that any individual lead will close, that any specific number of leads will result in a sale, or that every lead batch will perform or convert at the same rate. Lead results may vary based on market conditions, product, location, timing, follow-up, sales ability, and other factors outside our control.
Failure to meet any participation, implementation, reporting, lead-volume, or verification requirement will void eligibility for the guarantee. Eligibility may also be voided by external limitations that prevent accurate measurement or consistent participation, including changes to employment, compensation structure, product availability, licensing status, company restrictions, or access to qualified opportunities.
If every requirement is completed and verified and the agreed-upon outcome is not achieved within the 90-day period, eligible program fees will be waived or refunded upon request in accordance with the client agreement.
